The CCWA has established several ways to conveniently pay your bill:

1. Pay by Phone with Credit Card – Phone 770/832-1277 to speak with a customer service representative to pay your bill with a credit card (VISA, Master Card, ) by phone.
2. On-line Payment – Visit the CCWA website, www. ccwageorgia.com, to pay your bill on-line with a credit card. Payment for service that has been disconnected must be made in the Carroll County Water Authority office or by phone during normal business hours Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
3. Drop Box – A drop box is located at the CCWA Administrative Office at 1737 Bankhead Highway for delivering of payment via check after normal business hours. Click Here for Directions.
4. Walk-in – The CCWA Administrative Office at 1737 Bankhead Highway can accept bill payments via cash, check, money order or credit card during normal business hours. Click Here for Directions.
