Utility Locates

Whether you are undertaking a major landscaping project or simply digging in a new mailbox or fence, you may be digging around buried utilities. While people expect utility lines to be located in the front yard, many people do not realize that sometimes utilities can be located in a side or back yard as well. In some cases utilities may not be buried as deeply as people expect. Please note that CCWA can only locate the water utility infrastructure in the public right-of-way (up to and including the water meter).  We can not locate the customer's water service between the meter and the house or building.
