When it comes time to pay your monthly water bill, the Carroll County Water Authority accepts payments in a number of ways for your convenience. Aside from the traditional standard mail or making your payment in person, you might want to consider automatic bill payment by draft or paying directly online. Both options are easy to set up, and will save time, money and a postage stamp.
If your water is off for non-payment, do not pay your bill online due to a possible delay in posting your payment. Please pay your bill in person at our main office or by phone to have your service restored.
Payment by phone is available 24 hours a day. To make a payment by credit or debit card (VISA, Master Card, or Discover), please call 770.832.1277 and press 1 to enter the payment system. Please have your account number available for phone entry.
Setting up an automated bank draft is easy. Just complete the online sign-up form. eBilling is available as well.

The Carroll County Water Authority Administrative Office can accept bill payments via cash, check, money order or credit/debit card during normal business hours. For your convince our drive through is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A drop box is located at the CCWA Administrative Office for payments delivered via check after normal business hours.
